Samsung Medison officially acquired Sonio following Bercy's approval

😍 We’re excited to share that Samsung Medison has officially acquired Sonio following Bercy's approval.In hindsight, the trajectory is impressive: one year after we co-led Sonio’s €4m Seed round with Elaia and Bpifrance, we invested again during the Series A in July 2023 with the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) and Cross-Border Impact Ventures.

In less than two years, Sonio brought their solution to market, achieving impressive milestones along the way and securing 510(k) clearance from the FDA.

🩺 By combining Sonio's AI expertise with Samsung Medison's state-of-the-art ultrasound systems, the two players intend to accelerate innovation in prenatal care for women around the world.
