Emma manages corporate and regulatory legal matters for ourfunds, club-deal investments and our portfolio companies. Previously, Emma acquired solid experience as a lawyer in the fields of corporate law, mergers & acquisitions and private equity at Chammas & Marcheteau. She holds a Certificat d'Aptitude à la Profession d'Avocat and a Master's degree in International Business Law from the University of Montpellier.
