Patrick Sayer is the President of the Paris Commercial Court, a function he assumed in January 2024 after serving as a consular judge since 2014. Prior to this role, Patrick developed Augusta SAS, a family investment company, and led Eurazeo, one of Europe's leading investment firms, as Chairman of the Executive Board. He also held senior positions at Lazard Frères, where he eventually became Global Head of M&A in the technology sector. Patrick is a graduate of École Polytechnique, École des Mines de Paris, and Panthéon-Assas University.
