Virginie Morgon is the former CEO of Eurazeo, leading its transformation into a global investment firm managing over €30Bn. She joined Eurazeo in 2008 after a 16-year career at Lazard, where she advised major international clients and became the youngest managing senior partner. A strong advocate for diversity, Virginie is a founding member of the Women’s Forum and Co-Chair of Human Rights Watch’s Paris Committee. She has been honored as a Knight of the Legion of Honor and the National Order of Merit. Virginie holds degrees from Sciences Po Paris and Bocconi University and serves on the boards of L’Oréal and Moncler.
