🤩 Mantra.ms announces its acquisition by Cyber Guru. With this new acquisition, OneRagtime is celebrating its ninth exit - and the third in 6 months.

Cyber Guru has established itself as a key cybersecurity player in Europe thanks to its AI-based platform. The acquisition of Mantra will accelerate its development by combining Mantra's product know-how and strong commercial positioning, particularly in France.

Since its inception and our Seed investment at the end of 2021, Mantra has established itself through the quality of its technological platform and its ability to rapidly execute an ambitious product vision, validated by sustained growth in its customer base and sales. Congratulations to Gaspard Droz, Guillaume Charhon and the entire Mantra team on this major milestone, and much success to Cyber Guru & Mantra.

We're proud to have been able to spot this nugget and talented team early on, and to have enabled them through our financing and support to transform their product vision into a company that was quickly acquired by a European competitor for its technological and commercial excellence. We were particularly impressed by the remarkable vision and execution of the Mantra team.
